It’s grillin’ season!

Dust off your barbeques and get ready to make some easy yet delicious Shrimp on the Barbie. Don’t have an outdoor grill? No problem, you can always make this on a grill pan.

This recipe features Primo’s Nocellara Olive Oil and Primo’s Key Lime White Balsamic Vinegar.

Shrimp on the Barbie

Grill up some delicious shrimp skewers that'll have you coming back for seconds.

Equipment

  • 1 grill pan or outdoor grill
  • 4 6" wooden or stainless steel skewers

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 lb large shrimp shelled & de-veined
  • 3/4 cup Primo's Nocellara Olive Oil
  • 5 tbsp Primo's Key Lime White Balsamic Vinegar
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • drizzle Primo's Key Lime White Balsamic Vinegar to taste after cooked

Instructions
 

  • Heat your grill or grill pan.
  • In a bowl, toss shrimp with Primo's Nocellara Olive Oil and Primo's Key Lime White Balsamic Vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Thread shrimp onto skewers and grill on high heat. Cook ~3 minutes on one side, then flip and repeat for another ~3 minutes.
  • Remove from grill or grill pan and drizzle Primo's Key Lime White Balsamic Vinegar over shrimp skewers to taste. Serve and enjoy!
