Equipment

  • 1 Outdoor grill or grill pan

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Primo's Pineapple White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Primo's Garlic Olive Oil
  • 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary
  • 2 lb Steak of your choice

Instructions
 

For the Marinade

  • In a large plastic bag (or a reusable silicone one), mix Primo's Pineapple White Balsamic Vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, Primo's Garlic Olive Oil, and rosemary. Add the steak, and then let marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

On the Grill

  • Heat your outdoor grill or grill pan on high.
  • Grill the meat for at least 6-8 minutes on each side for a rare steak.
    Grill for longer for the following, and use a meat thermometer:
    -Medium-Rare Steak Internal Temperature at 135° F
    -Medium Steak Internal Temperature 145° F
    -Medium-Well Steak Internal Temperature: 150° F
    -Well-Done Steak Internal Temperature: 160° F
  • Let the meat rest for 10 minutes.
  • Slice the steak against the grain, serve, and enjoy!
