Ingredients

For Garlic Butter

  • 6 tbsp Primo's Butter Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

For Grilled Cheese

  • 1 cup Primo Tomato Jam
  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
  • 1 cup grated white cheddar cheese

Instructions

For the Garlic Butter Oil

  • In a medium bowl, add Primo's Butter Olive Oil, parsley, garlic, and salt, then mix.

For the Grilled Cheese

  • Generously spread your garlic butter oil on one side of a slice of bread. Then spread ¼ cup of Primo’s Tomato Jam on the other side.
  • In a pan over medium-low heat, add the bread with the butter oil side down. Top it with ¼ cup of Gruyère cheese and ¼ cup of white cheddar cheese.
  • Add your garlic butter oil to another slice of bread and place it on top of the cheese, butter oil side down.
  • Cook for 5-6 minutes, then flip and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown. Be patient, the cheese needs time to melt!
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
