Blood Orange Olive Oil Cakes with Rosemary Orange Glaze
This easy-to-make Olive Oil recipe is moist and delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 Primo Dr. Pete's Classic Olive Oil Cake Mix
- 1 1/4 cups
Primo Blood Orange EVOO - 1 Tbsp
Primo Rosemary EVOO - 1/4 cup fresh squeezed OJ
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 sprig of fresh Rosemary
Instructions
- Place fresh Rosemary sprig in powdered sugar and muddle a bit to release natural oils from the Rosemary.
- Set aside.
- Prepare Olive Oil cake mix per directions using Blood Orange EVOO
- Spoon batter into silicone mini bundt pans.
- Bake until golden, about 25 minutes, give or take a few.
- Cool and release mini bundts.
- Remove Rosemary from powdered sugar.
- Add OJ and Rosemary EVOO and whisk til smooth and glazy.
- Spoon glaze over cooled bundts.
- Let sit at room temp til serving.
