Mix up your weekday chicken dinner with this tasty Caprese take! It’s even quick & easy to throw together.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Boneless chicken Whatever cut you prefer - thighs or breasts
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 tablespoon PRIMO Garlic EVOO
- 1/2 cup PRIMO Neapolitan Herb Balsalmic
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- A bunch of fresh basil
Instructions
- Saute chicken in Primo Garlic EVOO til no longer pink.
- Remove chicken, deglaze pan with chicken broth, add cherry tomatoes and cook til they begin to release juices. Add chicken and chopped basil to pan.
- Stir in Primo Neapolitan Herb Balsalmic.
- When chicken is cooked through, plate chicken and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
- Serve with a warm French baguette
