Peach Caprese Salad

Peaches are finally in season! 🍑 They’re one of our go-to summer fruits when we’re browsing around farmers’ markets. Great just by itself, but even better on the grill or sliced into a salad. If you’re a fan of the sweeter and fruity salads that don’t really seem like they qualify as salads, try this Peach Caprese Salad recipe. It’s one I make every summer because it’s super easy and absolutely delicious. And hey, who wants to sweat over a hot stove in the heat of summer, anyway? This recipe features:

• Primo’s Madagascar Black Pepper Olive Oil ~ You can also try it with Primo’s Basil Olive Oil if you don’t have any fresh basil on hand!
• Primo’s 18-Year-Old Balsamic Condimento ~ You can also try it with Primo’s Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar.
