Blood Orange Olive Oil Cakes with Rosemary Orange Glaze

This easy-to-make Olive Oil recipe is moist and delicious.

Instructions
 

  • Place fresh Rosemary sprig in powdered sugar and muddle a bit to release natural oils from the Rosemary.
  • Set aside.
  • Prepare Olive Oil cake mix per directions using Blood Orange EVOO
  • Spoon batter into silicone mini bundt pans.
  • Bake until golden, about 25 minutes, give or take a few.
  • Cool and release mini bundts.
  • Remove Rosemary from powdered sugar.
  • Add OJ and Rosemary EVOO and whisk til smooth and glazy.
  • Spoon glaze over cooled bundts.
  • Let sit at room temp til serving.
