Well, have we got an a-maize-ing treat for you! Sally’s Street Corn recipe is the perfect snack with a kick! It’s a great side dish to go along with a sandwich, barbecue, kebabs, fish, or just about anything! We love getting ours fresh from our local farmers’ markets when they’re in season. This recipe features Primo’s Persian Lime Olive Oil.
Sally's Street Corn
Ingredients
- corn on the cob
- Primo's Persian Lime Olive Oil to coat corn & to coat pan
- Tajín seasoning to taste
- Cotija cheese to taste
Instructions
- Cut the kernels of corn off each ear of corn on the cob, then add to a mixing bowl.
- Pour enough of Primo's Persian Lime Olive Oil over the corn to coat it.
- Sprinkle Tajín seasoning onto the corn to your desired taste.
- Cover the bottom of a cast iron pan with a small amount of Primo's Persian Lime Olive Oil and cook corn over medium heat, stirring occasionally for about 20 minutes or until the corn is caramelized and brown.
- Remove from the pan with all the flavorful bits and sprinkle with Cotija cheese and fresh cilantro.
- Serve hot!
