
Parmesan Balsamic Roasted Broccoli
You'll love this parmesan balsamic roasted broccoli as an addition to any meal!
Ingredients
- 1 lb bite-sized broccoli pieces
- 2 tbsp Primo's Koroneiki Olive Oil
- salt to taste
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp Primo's Honey Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar
- lemon zest from 1/2-1 organic lemon
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 pinch kosher salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a reusable silicone baking mat.
- Mix the broccoli with Primo's Koroneiki Olive Oil and the parmesan cheese until coated. Arrange in an even layer on the baking sheet and sprinkle salt on top.
- Bake for 15 minutes, toss broccoli, then return to oven for another 10 minutes, or until deep golden brown on the edges.
- Drizzle Primo's Honey Ginger White Balsamic Vinegarover the broccoli and grate lemon zest on top. Sprinkle red pepper flakes and salt. Serve with a main course and enjoy!
