These tasty Maple Balsamic Roasted Pecans are super simple to make and oh so versatile!
Primo’s Butter Olive Oil and Aged Pure Maple Balsamic are the winning combination when it comes to this snack. Use the roasted pecans to make a delicious crust for baked chicken, as an ice cream topping, sprinkled on a salad, or add them to your next charcuterie board!

Maple Balsamic Glazed Roasted Pecans
These bite-sized glazed nuts are great as a snack! You can also use them to top a salad or ice cream, as a crust for baked chicken, or as the finishing touch on a charcuterie board.
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp
Primo Aged Pure Maple Balsamic - ¾ cup light brown sugar
- ¼ cup
Primo Butter Olive Oil - 1 tsp cinnamon optional
- 4 cups raw pecans
- 1 Tbsp water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine the brown sugar, Aged Pure Maple Balsamic, Butter Olive Oil, cinnamon, and water in a medium-sized bowl. Whisk together well.
- Add pecans to maple glaze.
- Use a large spoon to stir- make sure all the pecans are coated well.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and brush with Butter Olive Oil. Spread pecans onto the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast pecans in oven for 20 minutes tossing 2-3 times throughout cooking time. Keep an eye on the pecans during the last 3 minutes; they can burn easily.
- Remove pecans from oven and stir frequently throughout cooling time (about 5 minutes) to prevent clumping.
