- Seasonello Sardegna (Sardinia) Sea Salt

Balsamic Bruschetta
Ingredients
- 2 lb tomatoes Fresh from the farmers' market is best!
- 1/2 tsp Seasonello Sardegna (Sardinia) Sea Salt
- 1/2 cup Finely chopped white onion
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 baguette
- 2-3 tbsp Primo's Garlic Olive Oil *as desired for bread
- 2 tbsp Primo's Garlic Olive Oil *for tomatoes
- Primo's Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Dice tomatoes, leaving the seeds and juice on the cutting board. Add the tomatoes (without the juice and seeds) into a mixing bowl. Add Seasonello Sardegna (Sardinia) Sea Salt to the tomatoes, then add onion and basil. Stir and set aside.
- Slice baguette. Brush both sides of each slice with Primo's Garlic Olive Oil. (About 2-3 tbsp).
- Place the slices on the baking sheet and bake for 6-9 minutes, until they’re crisp and golden on top. Transfer to a serving platter.
- Drain excess tomato juice and add 2 tablespoons of Primo's Garlic Olive Oil. Stir and add any additional Seasonello Sardegna (Sardinia) Sea Salt to taste.
- Add the tomato mixture to each slice of toast. Drizzle Primo's Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar over each slice. Serve and enjoy!
