“A Negroni. Spagliato. With Prosecco in it.” Yes, you may remember this as
actor Emma D’Arcy’s drink of choice, which somehow took over the internet and became a meme people just couldn’t keep talking about. And did you make or order a Negroni after that? Well, if you didn’t get the chance to, now you can! Our version is this lovely Balsamic Negroni recipe, which is a little different than Emma’s favorite. A classic Negroni is an Italian apéritif cocktail that’s made of one part gin, one part vermouth rosso, and one part Campari. It’s typically stirred, not shaken, and served over ice garnished with an orange peel or a slice of orange. This recipe features
Primo’s Cara Cara Orange-Vanilla White Balsamic Vinegar. The added taste of balsamic elevates this already classy drink with a punch of flavor. You can also try this recipe with
Primo’s Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar.
