
Balsamic Bloody Mary
Start brunch off right with a Balsamic Bloody Mary in hand!
Ingredients
- Ice cubes as needed
- 1 cup vodka
- 2 cups 2 cups tomato juice
- 1 1/2 tbs Primo's 18-Year-Old Balsamic Condimento
- 1 tbs prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 dashes hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- 2 juiced limes
- freshly ground pepper to taste
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 4 green chilies
Instructions
- Optional: Rim glasses with a mixture of salt and chili powder, or Tajín.
- Fill 4 glasses with ice.
- In a pitcher, combine vodka, tomato juice, vinegar, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, lime juice, and ice. Stir well.
- Season with freshly ground pepper.
- Pour into the glasses and garnish each glass with a cherry tomato and a chili speared on a cocktail pick.
- Serve and enjoy brunch!
