
Sally's Pickled Beets and Radish Salad
Try this super quick and easy-to-make salad!
Ingredients
- 4 cups Fresh red-leaf lettuce
- 12 Primo's Pickled Baby Beets
- 3 Fresh radishes thinly sliced
- 1 drizzle Primo's 18-Year-Old Condimento to taste
- 1 drizzle Primo's Tuscan Herb Olive Oil to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry fresh red-leaf lettuce. Place in serving bowl.
- Thinly slice your radishes into the serving bowl. We recommend using a mandoline slicer.
- Add Primo's Pickled Baby Beets to the serving bowl, and drizzle Primo's 18-Year-Old Condimento and Primo's Tuscan Herb Olive Oil. Toss until fully coated, adding in more olive oil and/or balsamic vinegar as necessary.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
