Sally's Pickled Beets and Radish Salad

Try this super quick and easy-to-make salad!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Fresh red-leaf lettuce
  • 12 Primo's Pickled Baby Beets
  • 3 Fresh radishes thinly sliced
  • 1 drizzle Primo's 18-Year-Old Condimento to taste
  • 1 drizzle Primo's Tuscan Herb Olive Oil to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry fresh red-leaf lettuce. Place in serving bowl.
  • Thinly slice your radishes into the serving bowl. We recommend using a mandoline slicer.
  • Add Primo's Pickled Baby Beets to the serving bowl, and drizzle Primo's 18-Year-Old Condimento and Primo's Tuscan Herb Olive Oil. Toss until fully coated, adding in more olive oil and/or balsamic vinegar as necessary.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!
