Fig Goat Cheese Flatbread

Quick weeknight meal that feels decadent. Featuring our delicious Fig Balsamic Vinegar, a local favorite!

  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • Drizzle Flatbread with Garlic Olive Oil and brush so a light layer covers the bread
  • Cut two figs into small pieces. Sprinkle them over the flatbread with most of the goat cheese. Reserve 1 to 2 ounces of goat cheese and the other 2 figs.
  • Place flatbread directly on oven rack or a pizza stone if you have one. Bake for 3 to 4 minutes or until goat cheese is melty and figs are lightly caramelized.
  • While flatbread is cooking thinly slice remaining figs.
  • Carefully remove flatbread from oven. Top with arugula and drizzle with our Fig Balsamic Vinegar.
  • Enjoy!
