How to Make Grilled Cheese with Olive Oil

  • Make the Garlic “Butter”:
In a medium bowl, mix Primo’s Butter Olive Oil, chopped parsley, minced garlic, and kosher salt until well combined.
  • Assemble the Sandwiches:
Spread a generous layer of this mix on one side of each bread slice. Flip over and spread 2 tbsp of Primo Tomato Jam on the other side.
  • Add the Cheese:
On the jam side of four bread slices, sprinkle 1/4 cup each of Gruyère and white cheddar.
  • Grill the Sandwiches:
Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Place the sandwiches buttered side down and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden. Flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes, letting the cheese get perfectly melty.
  • Serve:
Slice in half and serve warm!
