Assemble the Sandwiches:Spread a generous layer of this mix on one side of each bread slice. Flip over and spread 2 tbsp of Primo Tomato Jam on the other side.
Add the Cheese:On the jam side of four bread slices, sprinkle 1/4 cup each of Gruyère and white cheddar.
