We love this recipe because it’s super easy to make, and features Primo’s Garlic Olive Oil and Primo’s Denissimo Balsamic Vinegar.
Balsamic Cucumber Salad
Try a super easy-to-make and refreshing cucumber salad featuring Primo's products
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Primo's Garlic Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Primo's Denissimo Balsamic Vinegar
- Kosher salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- 1 diced Avocado
- 4 Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Arugula
- 1/2 cup Halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 Chopped radish
Instructions
- Whisk Primo's Garlic Olive Oil and Primo's Denissimo Balsamic Vinegar until blended. Then season with salt and pepper.
- Add: avocado, cucumbers, arugula, tomatoes and radishes to the bowl and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper if necessary. Serve and enjoy!
