
Autumn Kale Salad
Ingredients
- Big bunch of shredded kale cabbage, and carrots (or whatever crunchy vegetables you prefer!)
- Cashews
- Dried cranberries
- Pepitos
- 3 tbsp
Honey Ginger White Balsamic - 3 tbsp
Persian Lime EVOO - 1 tbsp
Wellsmade Cashew Butter with Maple Syrup and Black Pepper
Instructions
- Put kale, veggies, nuts, and cranberries in a large salad bowl.
- Whisk together 3 TBSP each of Honey Ginger and Persian Lime and 1 TBSP of Cashew Butter.
- Pour over salad and enjoy!
