Fig Goat Cheese Flatbread
Quick weeknight meal that feels decadent. Featuring our delicious Fig Balsamic Vinegar, a local favorite!
Ingredients
- 1 Pack Stonefire Artisan Flatbread
- 1 Tbsp
Garlic Olive Oil - 4 oz Goat Cheese
- 4 Figs
- 2 cups Arugula
- 2 tsp
Fig Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Drizzle Flatbread with Garlic Olive Oil and brush so a light layer covers the bread
- Cut two figs into small pieces. Sprinkle them over the flatbread with most of the goat cheese. Reserve 1 to 2 ounces of goat cheese and the other 2 figs.
- Place flatbread directly on oven rack or a pizza stone if you have one. Bake for 3 to 4 minutes or until goat cheese is melty and figs are lightly caramelized.
- While flatbread is cooking thinly slice remaining figs.
- Carefully remove flatbread from oven. Top with arugula and drizzle with our Fig Balsamic Vinegar.
- Enjoy!
