If you need to pull together something quick, throw together this Mango Cucumber Salsa. You’ll just need to slice and dice. Cucumbers, mango, scallions, cilantro, and red bell pepper are combined with splashes of fresh orange juice, Primo Serrano Honey Vinegar, and Primo Persian Lime Olive Oil. This recipe is just as simple but requires some assembly so it takes a little more time. Strawberry Balsamic Bruschetta is easy to eat finger food bursting with the flavors of summer. Slice up a baguette and bake the slices until they’re just a little hardened. Then in a bowl, mix together some ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, and Primo Persian Lime Olive Oil which you’ll spread on top of your bread. Creamy Chicken Stuffed Mini Peppers with Spinach Walnut Pesto an appetizer that will really please a crowd. No one will be able to just eat one. For the stuffed mini peppers you will just need the mini peppers, as well as three kinds of cheese, cooked chicken breast, roasted red peppers, shallots, parsley, and salt & pepper. The Spinach Walnut Pesto which really ties the dish together needs walnuts, spinach, parsley, parmesan cheese, basil, garlic, lemon juice, and Primo Eureka Lemon Olive Oil.
