Watermelon Feta Salad
Ingredients
- 6 cups watermelon seedless and cubed
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 3 tbsp Primo's Lemongrass-Mint White Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbsp mint chopped
- 1/2 tsp Seasonello Sardegna (Sardinia) Sea Salt
Instructions
- Place the cubed watermelon in a large serving bowl.
- Arrange the crumbles of feta over the watermelon.
- Drizzle Primo's Lemongrass-Mint White Balsamic Vinegar, then top with the freshly chopped mint leaves and Seasonello Sardegna (Sardinia) Sea Salt.
- Serve and enjoy!
