When we opened Primo in 2011, we believed that people with discerning tastes in the Kentuckiana region were ready to accept the concept of a tasting room presenting the highest quality extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars from around the world. We were right!

1. Large Dipping Bowls
These unique, hand-painted dipping bowls from Dishes & Deco are microwave and dishwasher-safe. The Tunisian artisan studio was
founded in 2009 and grew out of a love of Mediterranean dishes and the desire to bring them to European and American markets.
The result is a variety of colorful mandala-like patterns and bold stripes. Inside the 8,000-square-foot studio, over a dozen artisans hand paint each line, dot, and stroke of glaze onto the white clay dishes. They’ll help you bring the Mediterranean dining experience right to your kitchen table.

Our Eureka Lemon Olive Oil is produced by pressing whole, fresh lemons together with late-harvest olives at the time of crush. This allows the oils in the lemons’ rinds to fuse with the oil from the olives.
The result is a light, zesty olive oil with a natural lemon flavor. Eureka Lemon Olive Oil is one of our most versatile flavors with many uses!
9. Blackberry Ginger Balsamic
