When Beverly and Bob Hundley decided to open Primo Oils they knew that people would love the fresh and flavorful variety of oils they would be bringing to Louisville, KY. What they didn’t know, were all of the fantastic foodie delicacies that they would discover along their journey.

Primo Oils has always carried the freshest and highest quality Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars we could find. In recent years we’ve found a cornucopia of foodie favorites that enhance our original product line. We now carry everything from fresh pasta to pepper dishes. Currently, we’re very excited about a few new products that we’ve brought into the store.
Lowcountry Produce Canned Items
We love the Lowcountry Produce pickles, salsa, and chutneys. These are all so full of flavor and so fresh tasting. Try these items for Labor Day weekend as additions to your summer spread.
Be´Quet Caramels
We brought these delicious bites into the store a few Christmases ago. We found they make excellent stocking stuffers for the foodie’s in your life. In a poll conducted by Robin Be´Quet herself, she found that 17 out of 18 adults preferred these caramels. We simply cannot question sound research like that. These caramels have been so popular at Primo Oils that we’ve decided to start carrying them year-round. Who wants to wait for Santa to drop these off?
We are carrying theBe´Quet Caramels in the “classic” edition but will be rotating through a variety of flavor options as well. Celtic Sea Salt, Chipotle, Salted Mocha? All we can say is, “may we have another?”

Pappardelle Pasta
What could be more natural to add to our shelves than fresh-made pasta? Pappardelle Pasta is based in Boston and they specialize in “the art of pasta”. We carry a variety of their dried pasta noodles. Our Summer Linguine with Shrimp recipe works wonderfully with their pasta.
Some of our favorites include the colorful orzo and flat cut pasta. The bright, beautiful colors add a special sort of fun to dishes.
