How can you tell if olive oil or balsamic vinegar has gone bad?
Balsamic vinegar, while long-lasting, may become murkier and develop sediment as it ages, which could indicate spoilage. It’s best to store balsamic vinegar in a dark glass bottle with a tight seal to help it’s shelf life.
What's the difference between regular and aged balsamic vinegar?

At Primo Oils, we only carry aged balsamic vinegar. Our flagship balsamic is our 18 Year Old Condimento. We recommend you stop by the store and try it!

Balsamic vinegar should be kept in a dark, cool cupboard, tightly sealed to protect its flavor and prevent oxidation.
