We found this recipe on Food 52 and had to make a Primo twist. Instead of regular balsamic vinegar we encourage you to try one of our varietals. This recipe specifically calls for the Harissa Balsamic Vinegar but you could also use Primo’s Black Pepper Balsamic Vinegar, our Aged Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar, the Espresso Vinegar or for a bright finish you could try the Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar.
