Arbequina Olive Oil: Smooth, Balanced, and Exceptionally Fresh

Perfect for Finishing, Dipping, and Cooking

This oil excels in both raw and cooked applications. Drizzle it over grilled vegetables, steamed greens, or fresh pasta for a smooth, nutty finish. It’s equally lovely as a finishing oil for soups, stews, or roasted chicken. Want something simple? Pair it with crusty bread and a pinch of flaky salt for an unforgettable dip.

Because of its smooth profile, Arbequina is also a great choice for sautéing and baking. Use it in place of butter or vegetable oil in muffins, cakes, or quick breads to add subtle complexity. Its creamy body and mild spice won’t overpower more delicate ingredients.

Pair It with Balsamic for a Balanced Bite

Arbequina Olive Oil pairs beautifully with a wide variety of balsamic vinegars. Try it with a fruity white balsamic for a bright salad dressing, or match it with a traditional aged balsamic for a rich dipping oil. Its balance of sweet and savory makes it a flexible companion in the kitchen.

Whether you’re creating an elegant appetizer or a quick weekday dinner, Arbequina Olive Oil delivers fresh, versatile flavor every time.

Arbequina EVOO

Price range: $8.00 through $39.95

Our Arbequina Olive Oil is a beautifully balanced extra virgin olive oil with roots in the fertile groves of Chile. Harvested in May 2025, this oil offers a mild to medium intensity, making it a versatile kitchen essential for everyday use. Carefully crafted for flavor and freshness, it delivers a smooth, creamy mouthfeel and a finish that’s both refined and memorable.

Unlike more aggressive oils, this Arbequina is subtle yet expressive. It begins with soft, buttery notes that open up to sweet almond at the center, finishing with a savory hint of green tea leaf and spicy arugula. The result is an oil that’s light enough to use daily but flavorful enough to elevate any dish.
