At the time, they believed that people with discerning tastes in the Kentuckiana region were ready to accept the concept of a tasting room presenting the highest quality extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars from around the world.
And they were right.
Flash forward, Primo Olive Oils and Vinegars has been in business for almost a decade. As the years pass and we grow and learn more about food, we couldn’t be more delighted to be your local go-to for high-quality, artisan products in Louisville.
We have expanded our business to include multiple local Farmers’ Markets during the spring and summer. Your enthusiastic response to our products and exceptional customer service allows us to celebrate food with you all year round. 
Our in-store inventory has expanded as well. Our initial stock of oils and vinegars has seen the addition of pantry staples like fresh dried pasta, compotes, and spaghetti sauces in the Primo Shop. We even started carrying a local CBD product to help with your holistic healing.
