Add flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon to a bowl and mix.
In a separate bowl, combine vanilla, balsamic vinegar, milk, oil, and eggs.
Pour your liquid ingredients into your dry ingredients bowl, and combine with a mixer or whisk by hand.
Coat a pan with Primo Butter Olive Oil and heat on medium to high heat.
Use a spoon to pour the batter into the pan. When bubbles appear, flip the pancake and cook it until the bottom is golden brown.
