How to Make Caprese Bruschetta with Balsamic Glaze

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast for 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
  • Rub the toasted bread with the cut sides of garlic for a subtle garlic flavor.
  • Layer each slice of baguette with a slice of mozzarella, followed by a tomato slice and fresh basil leaf.
  • Drizzle each bruschetta with a generous amount of balsamic glaze and finish with a drizzle of Garlic EVOO or Herbs de Provence EVOO.
  • Sprinkle it with salt and pepper to taste.

Caprese Bruschetta with Balsamic Glaze Alternatives

  • For a twist, try adding a few slices of prosciutto for a savory, salty bite.
  • Switch up the mozzarella for goat cheese or ricotta for a creamier option.
  • If you prefer a bit of spice, top with a few chili flakes before drizzling the balsamic glaze.
  • Swap your tomatoes out for pickled beets!
  • Adjust the olive oil drizzle by trying another infused flavor like our Lemon Olive Oil or the Herbs de Provence.
