Instructions
Cut the kernels of corn off each ear of corn on the cob, then add to a mixing bowl.
Pour enough of Primo's Persian Lime Olive Oil over the corn to coat it.
Sprinkle Tajín seasoning onto the corn to your desired taste.
Cover the bottom of a cast iron pan with a small amount of Primo's Persian Lime Olive Oil and cook corn over medium heat, stirring occasionally for about 20 minutes or until the corn is caramelized and brown.
Remove from the pan with all the flavorful bits and sprinkle with Cotija cheese and fresh cilantro.
