Lemongrass Mint Julep Mocktail
Cool, crisp, and bursting with fresh flavor, this Lemongrass Mint “Julep” Mocktail is easy to make and even easier to enjoy. Follow the simple steps below to whip up a refreshing drink that’s perfect for any occasion!
- 1 stalk fresh lemongrass finely chopped
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup lavender honey recommended
- ½ cup water
- 2 tablespoons Primo’s Lemongrass Mint White Balsamic Vinegar
- Ice cubes or crushed ice
- Sparkling water or club soda for topping
- Lemon slices and additional mint leaves for garnish
Prepare the syrup: In a small saucepan, combine the chopped lemongrass, mint leaves, honey (or agave syrup), and water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cook for about 5 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and strain out the solids, reserving the infused syrup.
Combine with vinegar: In a tall glass or pitcher, mix 2 tablespoons of Primo’s Lemongrass Mint White Balsamic Vinegar with the prepared syrup. Stir well to combine.
