1/2tspSeasonello Sardegna (Sardinia) Sea Salt
1/2cupFinely chopped white onion
1/2cupchopped fresh basil
1baguette
2-3tbspPrimo's Garlic Olive Oil*as desired for bread
2tbspPrimo's Garlic Olive Oil*for tomatoes
Primo's Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Dice tomatoes, leaving the seeds and juice on the cutting board. Add the tomatoes (without the juice and seeds) into a mixing bowl. Add Seasonello Sardegna (Sardinia) Sea Salt to the tomatoes, then add onion and basil. Stir and set aside.
Slice baguette. Brush both sides of each slice with Primo's Garlic Olive Oil. (About 2-3 tbsp).
Place the slices on the baking sheet and bake for 6-9 minutes, until they’re crisp and golden on top. Transfer to a serving platter.
Drain excess tomato juice and add 2 tablespoons of Primo's Garlic Olive Oil. Stir and add any additional Seasonello Sardegna (Sardinia) Sea Salt to taste.
Add the tomato mixture to each slice of toast. Drizzle Primo's Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar over each slice. Serve and enjoy!
