Dark Chocolate Balsamic Fudge Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup dried cherries coarsely chopped
  • 3 tbsp Primo's Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup butter room temperature
  • 7 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup yogurt plain Greek or non-fat
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  •  Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine cherries and 1 tbsp of Primo's Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar in a small bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • Put butter in a large bowl to melt in the microwave. Stir in the cocoa powder and sugars until blended. Add the yogurt, remaining Primo Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar, and vanilla extract. Add the flour-baking soda-salt mixture and combine. Stir in the cherries.
  • Place tablespoonfuls of batter onto the baking sheet and press down slightly to flatten. Bake at 350F for 9-12 minutes or until slightly firm at the edges.
  • Cool on the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
