2largePeeled and cubed sweet potatoes
1/4cupPrimo's Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar
1/3cupChopped fresh basil
Instructions
Heat Primo's Baklouti Green Chili Olive oil in on medium-high heat and sautee onion and garlic until softened.
Add tomato paste and cook 1 minute. Pour in: broth, diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, oregano, chopped vegetables, and sweet potatoes. Bring up to a boil, then cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Stir the Primo's Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar and chopped basil. Heat for about 10 minutes.
