Place fresh Rosemary sprig in powdered sugar and muddle a bit to release natural oils from the Rosemary.
Set aside.
Prepare Olive Oil cake mix per directions using Blood Orange EVOO
Spoon batter into silicone mini bundt pans.
Bake until golden, about 25 minutes, give or take a few.
Cool and release mini bundts.
Remove Rosemary from powdered sugar.
Add OJ and Rosemary EVOO and whisk til smooth and glazy.
Spoon glaze over cooled bundts.
Let sit at room temp til serving.
