Air-Fryer Gingered Honey Salmon with Blood Orange Olive Oil
A quick, easy, and healthy dinner. If you don't have an air fryer the salmon can also be cooked on a gas or charcoal grill. Prep time is 10-minutes before you let the salmon marinate for at least 30 minutes, and cook time is only 15 minutes. Serve this dish with salad or grilled vegetables such as asparagus.
