Rita's Irish Soda Bread

Whip up this simple yet delicious Irish Soda Bread in time for St. Patrick's Day.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup raisins
  • Primo's Butter Olive Oil For dipping
  • Primo's Red Apple Balsamic Vinegar For dipping

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients well.
  • Bake in a cast-iron skillet or a covered casserole dish at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
  • Let cool and slice.
  • Serve with dipping bowls filled with Primo's Butter Olive Oil and Primo's Red Apple Balsamic Vinegar.
